The Chairman, Kajuru Local Government, Mr. Isah Dan-Sallah has called on the former Vice-President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and Isa Ashiru Kudan to also decamp and join the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

Mr. Dan-Sallah who is one of the founding members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) under Governor Nasir El-Rufai administration made the call in Kaduna, on Saturday when he was officially received by his Ward Chairman and the State Party officials in Afogo Ward.

He was of the opinion that Alhaji Atiku’s coming back to PDP will alleviate the plight of Nigerians which the APC Government has succeeded in plunging them into abject poverty.

The Chairman, who was received amidst cheers and pageantry by the State Secretary and other party officials, reiterated his commitment to work tirelessly towards redeeming the party’s image.

“I want to specially call on my boss Alhaji Atiku and Isa Ashiru to return back to the best party in all Africa which they are founding members”.

“Atiku’s Political structures and presence cut across the six geo-political zones and internationally connected unlike other politicians whose structures are just within their domains”.

“Atiku, is the highest employer of labour as an individual in Nigeria, he has the political will, experience and financial strength to develop Nigeria.”

In his remark, the State Party Secretary of PDP Kajuru, Alhaji Aliyu Wusono commended Mr. Dan-Sallah for seeing the light, saying his returning to PDP is timely and very soon in the next three months, more will decamp to PDP.

According to Alhaji Wusono, Mr. Dan-Sallah is now an automatic stakeholder from ward level, local government and the State which he will be part of any decision making that will further strengthen the great party.

The State Party Secretary called on his associates to return to the party as they have seen what APC has caused in Kaduna State.

“People are hungry and have lost their jobs,” he added.

Contributing, the Local Government Party Chairman, Mr. Yohanna Barde and the Ward Chairman, Afogo Ward, Mr. Amos Galadima mentioned that they are overwhelmed with Hon. Dan-Sallah’s decamping to PDP.

“Since he came to my house and disclosed his intention, I ceased to be hungry.

“We know his capability. On our own side, we’ll give him all the necessary support to ensure we clinch power from our ward level to the state” he ended.
