The Executive members of the All Progressive Congress, (APC) Galadima Ward of Gusau Local Government Area, Zamfara State has on Wednesday suspended it’s State Party Chairman Hon. Tukur Danfulani.
This is sequel to lack of paying attention to party activities at the ward level, causing disunity among party members across all level in the state, misplacement of duties and responsibilities, politics of segregation between party members among numerous issues.
The Youth Leader of the Ward, Abahuraira Ilyasu on behalf of the ward leaders who lead a delegation to APC National Headquarters Abuja disclosed this to journalists after submission of the letter of suspension to the office of the National Chairman of the party, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.
He informed that the move was taken after due consultation with stockholders and series of meetings.
The Ward Youth leader affirmed that sixteen out of twenty seven Ward Executives signed the suspension which proved their stand.
Abahuraira charged the APC National Headquarter to send Caretaker Chairman who will lead the affairs of party before the next convention.
