Ngozi Obichukwu, Ebonyi State commissioner for Aviation and transport technology, has called for peace and unity among the Ezza clan in the state stressing that the Ezza people have a better political future with Gov. Francis Nwifuru.
She emphasized that the Ezza nation will get to the political climax through Governor, Francis Nwifuru, who is a peace builder.
She spoke at the inauguration of Ebonyi Governor’s Wife PET project ” BERWO local government committees at Ebiaji Ezza North LGA headquarters on Tuesday.
Obichukwu maintained that with Governor Francis Nwifuru, there would be absolute peace and Ezzas would achieve that which they have hungered for, “We have longed to be at the apex, and believe me, we will get to the apex”.
“I’m encouraged that Ezza people will be more united even more than how we were before. You know, when you have a good diamond or Gold. Gold must pass through fire before it becomes gold. What Ezzas are experiencing now, is what great thing that is going to come out of Ezza people soon.
“The governor, Francis Nwifuru is so much tireless to ensure that Ezzas becomes what they want to be. The peace we want is already here. The governor Francis Nwifuru is a man of peace. And the wife, our mother, Mary-Maudline Uzoamaka Nwifuru is a woman of peace.
“And she has stood on the platform of peace in this inauguration of her pet project ‘Better Health for Rural Women, Children and Internally Displaced Foundation, BERWO.
“And I urge us, the Ezzas, to grab this opportunity that is given to us through this divine wonderful government led by Governor Francis Nwifuru, who is out to get us united and focused so that we will achieve what we are supposed to achieve as the firstborn of this state.
“Political, socially, and otherwise, Ezza has been the first son of Ebonyi State.

And we have a better future with Governor Francis Nwifuru, who is making it possible for us to achieve that which we have hungered for. We have longed to be at the apex and believe me, we will get to the apex with our dear governor, Francis Nwifuru” she stressed.
Obichukwus further urged women in the state to abide strictly by the teachings of the wife of the governor, Mary-Maudline Uzoamaka Nwifuru on being very respectful to their husbands.
“My message to the women is to tell them to adhere and abide strictly on what the wife of the governor, Mary-Maudline Uzoamaka Nwifuru has told us today. She is preaching respect and obedience to your husband. She is preaching that women should be home builders and not trouble makers” she noted.
