The Kaduna Faith Based Organization-Interfaith Mediation Centre, (lMC), Kaduna, has called on Muslims to use the Eid-el-Kabir celebration to reflect and promote the ideals of true love in the spirit of unity which is the bed-rock of true transformation to success and development.
IMC in a press statement issued on Thursday in Kaduna by Community Peace Action Network, CPAN fecilitated with the Muslim Ummah and wish them a happy Eid-el-Kabir Celebration in peace and Harmony.
The statement observed that the challenges of conflicts have been devastating and terrifying time for many homes and families.
It called on people of faith on the memorable occasion, to observed the guidelines on the Coronavirus as stipulated by health authorities.
“We are using this opportunity to once again call on the general public to observe the guidelines on the Coronavirus as stipulated by health authorities so that we can help prevent it spread within our homes and communities.
“We are calling on all people to shun hate and to embrace forgiveness that will avail us all a peaceful society, while calling on the government to continue to do more to ensure that the lives and property of the people is secured.
“Once more we are wishing our Muslim Ummah a happy and joyous Eid-el-Kabir celebration!,
May the blessings of Allah, SWT, continue to fill our Lives with happiness now and always” it stated.
