The Notice of Polls for Area Council Elections in the six Area Councils of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja on Saturday, February 21 has been published by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
According to the notice published on Wednesday by INEC, the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) would be used for the exercise and that no one will be able to vote without his or her Permanent Voter Card (PVC), directing that No PVC, no voting.
It informed that only persons whose names appear on the register of voters and have valid Permanent Voter Cards would be allowed to vote.
