By: Joy Odor/AbujaThe Governor of Imo State, Emeka Ihedioha has constituted a Taskforce on Infrastructure to ascertain the Roads that require immediate attention and begin the processes of assessment and procurement for the projects.While the Team moved round the State Capital, their findings are better imagined than experienced.
The good news however is that the Governor is determined in his commitment to rebuilding Imo.The reason for this post is for us as a people to understand where we are coming from so that we can begin to appreciate where we are going.
