The Northern Consensus Movement (NCM), an amalgamation of seventy Five Organization of Northern Extraction have placed one hundred million naira only as a award of anyone who produces the leaders of IPOB Nnadim Kanu alive, Hale and hearty and and him over to NCM to deliver to security agencies for prosecution.
The NCM in collaboration with Arewa Traders Association, Tricycle Rider’s and Owners Association, Northern Parliament, Arawa Libration Movement, United Arewa Youth Organization, Northern People Unity and Reconciliation Forum, GAN Allah Association of Nigeria, Amalgamated Cattle Dealers Association of Nigeria, ACSC and sixty others made the demand during a press conference by its President, Comrade Awwal Abdullahi Aliyu in Abuja on Friday.
They group explained that Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of IPOB is the man and brain behind the killings and destruction of properties belonging to innocent Northerners residing in the South Eastern Nigeria carrying out their legitimate businesses using his proscribed terrorist organization lPOB and ESN.
“Nnamdi Kanu jumbed bail while facing treasonable charges against the Nigerian State.
“Northern Consensus Movement is hereby declared Nnamdi Kanu the spiritual leader of IPOB and ESN wanted for crimes against humanity and for instigating the killings of innocent Northerners residing in Southeastern Nigeria via #HateSpeech” They stressed.
According to Comrade Aliyu, the Group called on the United States and British Government as champion of democracy, rule of law, freedom of speech and expression to respect Nigeria sovereignty and facilitate the repatriation of Nnamdi Kanu back to Nigeria and o face terrorism and genocide charges against innocent Nigerian citizens.
The NCM President called on Federal and State Governments to pay compensation to the victims and families of those Northerns resident in the South East and South East of Nigeria who lost their lives and properties during the #EndSARS protest in the Akinyele Sasha market violence in Oyo State and IPOB violence terrorism activities.
They said Enough is Enough as they would no longer tolerate the killings of the people for no reason other than the crime of being Northerners in Nigeria.
