Nigeria’s leading sportswear company, LMK Sports Kits Limited, has partnered with Chinese sports equipment manufacturer FlySports to produce high-quality and affordable badminton gear for Nigerian athletes and officials.
The partnership was formalized at a signing ceremony held at the Transcorp Hilton in Abuja by Mr Joe Chen, the Marketing Manager of the Company and Seasoned Badminton Coach Jimoh Antony.
The partnership aims to address the growing need for accessible and durable badminton kits in Nigeria, providing athletes and officials with affordable and reliable equipment.
The production line will include various types of badminton mats, such as:
– 4.5mm thickness training mats
– 6mm tournament mats
– 8mm BWF-standard international mats
– 5mm outdoor mats
The partnership is expected to boost grassroots and professional badminton in Nigeria, providing the necessary tools for talent development and international competitiveness.
