NUJ FCT Chairman Sends Heartfelt Eid-el-Fitr Greetings to Muslim Journalists, Nigerians

The Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Council, Comrade Grace Ike, has sent warm greetings to Muslim journalists and the entire Muslim community in Nigeria on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr.

Comrade Ike encouraged them to continue upholding values like unity, patience, and integrity.

She praised the Muslim faithful for their dedication and self-discipline throughout Ramadan.

Comrade Ike described Eid-el-Fitr as a time for deep reflection, love, sacrifice, and unity.

“As we celebrate, we’re reminded of patience, generosity, and compassion. These values should guide us as journalists and citizens,” she said.

The NUJ FCT Chairman called on Nigerians to promote peace, understanding, and truth during Eid. She emphasized the journalist’s role in maintaining integrity, unity, and contributing to Nigeria’s development.

She hoped the celebrations would bring renewed hope, blessings, and prosperity to Nigerians.

“We extend our best wishes to Muslim faithful and pray for lasting peace, progress, and unity,” she concluded.
