The Nigeria Rugby Football Federation (NRFF) has announced the Stallions Sevens squad for the 2025 Rugby Africa Men’s Sevens Tournament, scheduled
for June 21-22 in Mauritius.

The team will compete against top African rugby sevens nations, including South Africa, Kenya, and Uganda, with the winner earning a spot in the 2025 World Rugby Sevens Challenger Series.
The Stallions are drawn in Pool B and will face South Africa, Burkina Faso, and Zambia in group-stage matches.
Head Coach Steve Lewis expressed confidence in the squad’s readiness, citing their intense build-up and growth.
The team features a mix of experienced players like Frederick Henry-Ajudua and Oghenesuvwe Obano, alongside emerging talents like Joshua Addams and Tuoyo Egodo.
The NRFF thanked the National Sports Commission, partners, and supporters for their continued backing as the team aims to elevate Nigerian rugby on the continental and global stages.
