TFML Secures QOH&S ISO Certificates, a Recocgintion for International Standards Operations

Total Facilities Mangagement Limited (TFML) has secured ISO Certifications for Quality and Occupational Healthy & Safety (QOH&S) IMS.

The Managing Director of TFML, Mrs Lady Nwando Chukwurah in her address during the official presentation ceremony affirmed that the ISO Certificate attainment Intergated Management Systems Certifications has demonstrated the Company’s commitments to benchmarking international best practices.

 

The Managing Director expressed gratitute to God for taking the establishment to the level it has attained so far.

Mrs Nwando revealed that to attain the feat, TFML imbibed and incorporated the methodology of PLAN-DO-CHECK-ACT (PDCA) and risk-based thinking, in assurance of continuous quality improvement and occupational health and safety of its people and customers.

 

The MD explained that the QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM – ISO 9001:2015 implies the focus of quality approach in meeting customers expectations, while the OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM– ISO 45001:2018 certifies that the system strives in promoting a safe and healthy working environment.

According to her, achieving and complying with one of the international standards is good, but having both is quite unique in the Facility Management industry, saying the management of Total Facilities Management Limited TFML, will not rest on their oars, as they will continue to press until they secure ISO 41001:2018 FM – Management System in addition to other relevant certifications that are sine-qua-non with exceptional qualitative service delivery systems inline with international standards.

Mrs Nwando further explained that TFML is committed to excellence and improving processes in compliance with legal, statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure adequate safety of all, in a responsible and proactive manner.

Concluding, the MD, Nwando Mrs Chukwurah appreciated the staff and management of TFML team for working tirelessly in making the feat possible.

In his reaction, the Executive Director, Corporate Services, Mr John Ekpenyong stated the road to the level the TFML confirmed that it has not been rosy, explaining that Total Facilities Management Limited’s rising from humble beginnings to becoming an ISO certified Organization was not an easy task.

Mr John Ekpenyong commended the doggedness of the Managing Director Mrs Nwando Chukwurah for her visionary tenacity in piloting the affairs of the establishment to a remarkable height.

Highlights of the occasion was the Presentation of the Certificates by representatives of the certifying organisation.
