The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), in collaboration with the Presidency, is hosting the West Africa Economic Summit (WAES) at the Abuja International Conference Centre on June 20-21, 2025.
As West Africa’s premier economic platform, WAES brings together regional leaders, investors, entrepreneurs, and innovators to drive growth and unlock opportunities.
This year’s theme, “Unlocking Trade and Investment Opportunities in the Region,” aimed to promote economic sovereignty, integration, and global competitiveness in West Africa.
The summit provides a catalyst for strategic partnerships, innovative solutions, and collective action towards regional development.
